Cavan are running a series of Cavan GAA FDO workshops all about kickouts — what’s changed, what’s working, and how we can get ahead of the game.
These sessions are for coaches, players, and anyone involved in the game who wants to understand how to:
Make sense of the new FRC kickout rules
Break down the stats – who’s winning kickouts and how
Set up smart and adaptable kickout strategies
Turn our own kickouts into real scoring chances
Make sure we’re not gifting the other team chances off our restarts
It’s all about learning from what the numbers and games are telling us so far and figuring out how Cavan teams can win more ball, create more scores, and tighten up defensively – all starting from the kickout.
Whether you're working with underage teams or at senior level, this is a great chance to pick up ideas, ask questions, and sharpen your approach for the season ahead.
The workshop will commence at 7pm.
